BIT Admissions Terms

These terms explain how applications, program confirmations, seat reservations, fees, attendance expectations, and admission communication are handled by Bitlogia Institute of Technology.

Quiet admissions support while reviewing BIT enrollment terms

1. Application submission

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission or reserve a seat.

An application tells BIT Admissions that you would like to join a program. There is no application fee, and no documents or payment are required at the application stage. BIT reviews every application before confirming availability and next steps.

2. Accuracy of applicant information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, contact details, background, and goals you submit. Inaccurate or misleading information may delay review or lead to an admission being withdrawn. Tell Admissions promptly if your contact details change.

3. Application review

BIT Admissions reviews applications in the order received, normally within one to two working days. Review considers program availability, your preferred learning format, and whether the program fits your stated goals. Admissions may contact you by WhatsApp, phone, or email to clarify details before a decision.

4. Program suitability

Some programs assume a baseline of comfort with computers, language, or prior study. If Admissions believes a different program, cohort, or preparation path would serve you better, they will recommend it. You are free to accept or decline a recommendation.

5. Seat availability

Cohorts have limited seats, allocated in order of completed reservations, not in order of applications. An open application does not hold a seat while a cohort fills. If a cohort fills before your reservation completes, Admissions will offer the next available cohort.

6. Admission confirmation

Admission is confirmed only through direct communication from BIT Admissions stating that your application has been accepted for a specific program and cohort. Automatic acknowledgement messages sent after form submission are receipts, not admission decisions.

7. Seat reservation

A seat is reserved only after BIT confirms availability and the required reservation process is completed.

The reservation process, including any reservation payment and deadline, is communicated by Admissions after admission is confirmed. Do not make any payment until program availability and official payment details have been confirmed by BIT Admissions through official channels.

8. Fees and payment deadlines

Program fees, what they include, and payment deadlines are stated on the relevant program page and confirmed in writing by Admissions. Fees are payable only to official BIT accounts communicated by Admissions. A reserved seat may be released if a stated payment deadline passes without payment or an agreed extension.

9. Installment arrangements

Where installment plans are offered, the schedule, amounts, and due dates are agreed in writing before the program begins. Missing an installment may suspend access to classes and materials until the account is settled. Installment availability can vary by program and cohort.

10. Refund and transfer conditions

Refunds, program transfers, and cohort deferments are governed by the Refund and Transfer Policy. Read it before making any payment. Where these terms and that policy differ on a refund matter, the Refund and Transfer Policy applies.

11. Attendance expectations

BIT programs are live and instructor-led. Regular attendance — on campus or in live online sessions — is expected, and minimum attendance may be a stated requirement for certification. Recordings may be provided according to the policy of the relevant program. Live attendance remains important for demonstrations, interaction, troubleshooting and feedback.

12. Practical assignments

Programs include guided builds, practical assignments, and capstone work. Completing this work on time is part of the program, and stated assignments may be required for certification. Submitted work must be your own; the use of tools and AI assistance is expected, but must follow the instructions given for each assignment.

13. Program changes

Curricula are updated as tools and industry practice change. BIT may adjust topics, tools, and materials to keep a program current, provided the overall scope and outcomes described at admission are preserved.

14. Instructor or schedule changes

BIT may change instructors, class days, or timings where necessary, with as much notice as practical. If a change materially prevents you from continuing, Admissions will offer a transfer to another cohort or format, or apply the Refund and Transfer Policy.

15. Student conduct

Students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect, on campus and online. Harassment, disruption of classes, misuse of institute equipment or accounts, or dishonest work may lead to warnings, suspension, or removal from a program without refund, depending on severity.

16. Certificate requirements

Certificates are issued only when the requirements stated for the relevant program have been met. See the Certificate Completion Policy.

Requirements may include attendance, practical assignments, project completion, capstone presentation, and settlement of fees. The specific requirements for each program are communicated during the program.

17. Technology and equipment requirements

Most programs require access to a computer capable of running the tools taught. Campus students may use lab equipment during sessions but benefit from their own machine for practice. Any specific hardware, software, or paid-tool requirements are stated on the program page or communicated before the program starts.

18. Online-learning responsibilities

Live online students are responsible for a stable internet connection, a working device, and an environment where they can attend and participate. Class links and materials are for the enrolled student only and must not be shared or resold.

20. Limitation of guarantees

BIT does not guarantee employment, freelance income, clients, internships, or business results.

Programs are designed to build practical, demonstrable skills. Outcomes depend on your experience, effort, performance, communication, and market conditions. Career-related support described on the website is assistance, not a placement guarantee.

21. Contact and dispute resolution

Questions or concerns about these terms should be raised with BIT Admissions first: contact BIT with an admissions enquiry, call or WhatsApp 0310 1751427, or visit the Faisalabad campus. BIT aims to resolve concerns directly and promptly. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
